Blanca Ramirez was absolutely awesome! We were up against a short deadline to sell the house. We had been lead down some dead end roads trying to come up with a solution to help out an 84 year old women that had been taken advantage of. Blanca listened to our problems and put up with some stubborn questions that we through at her, with kindness and professionalism to beat no others.She was efficient, respectful and an absolute angel to work with. I would give her 100 stars if I could. She made the whole transaction complete 21 days prior to a foreclosure date. We are so appreciative of all her help and guidance that she provided. Blanca is a very nice, friendly, knowledgeable, and experienced Real Estate professional. Prior to meeting her I was working with another Real Estate agent to buy a house. The best Broker/ Realtor lady ever , without her i would be probably still renting instead of having my own place , she was always there for me even late nights or when no other realtor would consider to help me buy a property ( most other realtors are fishing for the big fish million dollar value properties but Blanca did help me buy my place for a very good price and never made me feel like my buying power is less than others with millions in their pockets ) impressive lady with her entire team , very professional , i will always recomend her to everyone . We went through the short sale which took times to close the transaction. Blanca was patient and kept us in touch during the waiting time. She is very responsive and helpful.
